Jeketule is an academic, researcher, and consultant with strong experience in higher education, organizational development, and social transformation in Africa. He holds a PhD in Strategy from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, an MBA from Daystar University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ministry from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.

He is a lecturer at Tangaza University, a consultant with SPEC Training and Consultancy Limited, and a research advisor at the Centre for Research in Religious Life and Apostolate (CERRA).

Jeketule has wide consultancy experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), financial systems, safeguarding, and policy development. He has worked with faith-based and development organizations across Eastern and Southern Africa, supporting stronger organization systems, accountability, and long-term sustainability. He has also trained youth in entrepreneurship in Kenya and the Democratic Republic of Congo and participated in research mapping social enterprises in the country. In addition, he has served as a rapporteur for the ACCOSE Youth Innovation Challenge and the DRC Social Summit.

His research focuses on higher education, digital learning, change management, social development, agriculture and health, ethics, and organizational performance. As a member of the Research Management Committee at CERRA Africa, he has contributed to regional studies on the capacity, sustainability, and leadership of Catholic Sisters’ congregations in Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Ghana, and Zambia.
