Dr. Grace Wairimu Mureithi is an accomplished trainer, researcher, and consultant in leadership, human capital development, and strategic planning, with over 15 years of experience as a university lecturer. She has facilitated capacity-building programs for diverse organizations and groups, focusing on leadership development, work–life balance, strategic planning, small business management, group dynamics, and social entrepreneurship, among other areas.

Dr. Mureithi has played a pivotal role in the formulation and implementation of several institutional strategic plans, including the 2022–2026 Strategic Plan for Ngarariga Girls Secondary School, the 2021–2025 Strategic Plan for Diesel Power Company, and the 2016–2021 Strategic Plan for the Catholic Diocese of Eldoret. She has also served as the Strategic and Growth Leader and a trainer with the Comboni Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship (CASE), where she supported the development and scaling of socially driven enterprises.

Currently, Dr. Mureithi serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Knowledge Hub Institute. She is deeply passionate about empowering young people and underrepresented social entrepreneurs through training, mentorship, and coaching, enabling them to unlock their potential and create sustainable social impact.
